Adventure, teamwork, leadership and practical skills for young people aged 11 to 14.
Explore the unknown
Scouts take on bigger adventures and more responsibility. Working in small teams, they help choose and lead activities, set goals, solve problems and develop skills that can be used at camp, on hikes and throughout life.
Activities may include lightweight hiking, canoeing, rock climbing, abseiling, pioneering, navigation, first aid, camp cooking, performances and community service.

Skills, leadership and teamwork
Scouts learn by doing. Leaders provide support and safe boundaries while young people plan activities, learn from mistakes and help their Patrol succeed. The program builds confidence, resilience, responsibility and leadership.
